By using a controlled palette, with primary colors and white, you will learn the basics of color mixing, tinting and shading.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe class will start with an ice-breaker and then Jenna will then lead the class step by step through painting basics, sketching out the composition, observing light and dark values, and applying color with a controlled palette. The medium is gouache on watercolor paper, sizing 8 x 10 inches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe goal of this class is to provide a safe, welcoming environment to explore the creative genius that everyone has inside of them. Instead of focusing on the outcome of the painting itself, the process will be emphasized. Creating is a means of letting go, loosening up, and enjoying the journey.
